Enkin Celebrates the Future of the Trade at the eFIXX 30 Under 30 Awards

The future of the electrical trade is looking bright.

Enkin was proud to attend this year’s eFIXX 30 Under 30 Awards, held at Doncaster Cables, celebrating the young electricians making a real impact across the industry.

The awards recognise 30 outstanding electricians under the age of 30 who are going above and beyond in their roles. From solving problems and taking on extra responsibility to improving productivity, supporting customers and even starting their own businesses, the finalists and winners represent some of the most promising talent in the trade.

Enkin founder Joshua Hammerton, who started his own career on the tools, was delighted to be part of this year’s judging panel.

“Having started as an apprentice myself, I know how important support is during those early years,” says Joshua. “The electrical industry is changing so quickly, and we need to help them navigate that shift and make sure they’re set up to succeed and build successful careers. It’s not just about keeping up, it’s about preparing the next generation to lead.”

Each year, the eFIXX judging panel reviews hundreds of nominations to select 30 young electricians who have shown exceptional talent, dedication and ambition. For Enkin, supporting emerging talent is an important part of helping build a stronger future for the trade.

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and winners.
